3-10 cards: £3.30 Royal Mail 1st Class Large Letter, or £4.25 Royal Mail Tracked 24®.
10+ cards: £4.25 Royal Mail Tracked 24®.

Royal Mail aims to deliver 1st Class Letters the next working day, including Saturdays. However, delivery times can vary depending on the distance between the sender and recipient:

Within the same city or town: Likely delivered within one day.

Outside of the same city or town: Likely delivered within two or three days.

1st Class mail is not a guaranteed service, and there is always the possibility of delays. It is also not tracked or insured.

Orders placed for Royal Mail Tracked 24® delivery before 1pm Monday – Thursday, will be despatched the same day, and those placed after 1pm will arrive the following working day. Orders placed after 1pm Thursday will arrive on the following Monday and orders placed after 1pm on Friday or on the weekend will arrive the following Tuesday.

Not all delivery options may be available when combining products due to size and weight restrictions.

Combined product orders i.e a card(s) and candle(s) order will be shipped together in the same box and you will be only be charged for the candle postage rates as detailed above.

98% of our orders are delivered the next day, however during busy periods our delivery partners may experience delays beyond our control. Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds for delivery costs unless the delivery is more than 4 days late.

We do not include duty and tax in our prices for international orders i.e outside the UK, and we cannot accept any liability for customs charges.

RETURNS

If you should change your mind about your LoveLossDiscoballs purchase, then you have 14 days to return your purchase. You MUST notify us via email to hello@lovelossdiscoballs.co.uk before returning ANY item. Please state in the email:

Order/invoice number
Reason for returning the item/s

Please note we are unable to exchange a product, we can only offer a refund.
We are unable to accept returns for personalised/customised orders unless faulty/damaged.

Please ensure all items are returned, unused, in their original packaging. If there is any sign of use we will be unable to accept the return.

Unless the item/s is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If the item/s is faulty then we will refund your return postage and packing costs.

On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue a refund within 10 working days. The refund will be made via the original method of payment.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
